Our client is seeking an individual with a high attention to detail, that can join their payroll team as a part-time Payroll compliance officer on a 12 month contract in Melbourne's South Eastern suburb of Keysborough. The Responsibilities The duties of the role will consist of the following, however will not be limited to: Assisting with the payroll Interpret multiple EBA's Working with & supporting an offshore team Handling payroll related issues/queries Checking and managing of timesheets Working with upcoming projects Establishing differing location rosters Timesheet processing Assisting in maintaining award information The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will posses the following attributes; however not exclusive to: Has worked with the multiple awards previously, including manufacturing award Have a great understanding of payroll compliance Experience with integrations Has dealt with process improvements High attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Has exposure to processing of timesheets and maintaining them What's On Offer?
